Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Payment for Volunteer Registration

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹300 is applicable for all new volunteers enrolling under the Youth Self-Employment Survey or any other related projects.

  • The registration fee must be paid online through the secure payment gateway during the registration process.
  • No refund or adjustment of the registration fee will be made under any circumstances, including if the volunteer does not complete the survey work or withdraws.

2. Honorarium / Payment for Survey Work

  • Volunteers are required to complete a minimum of 20 survey forms per day, covering all four project areas (5 forms each for Health, Education, Rural Self-Employment, and Youth Self-Employment).
  • The total number of survey days per month is fixed at 26 working days.
  • Upon successful completion of the monthly survey work (i.e., 26 days × 20 forms per day), volunteers will be entitled to receive a consolidated honorarium of ₹10,000 plus an additional ₹2,000 as travel and other allowances, totaling ₹12,000 per month.
  • Payments will be processed and credited to volunteers within 15 days after the completion of each month’s survey work, subject to verification by the organization.

3. Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Work

  • If a volunteer fails to complete the required number of survey forms on any given day, no honorarium will be paid for that day.
  • If a volunteer does not complete the minimum required 26 days of survey work in a month, no honorarium will be provided for that month.
  • The organization reserves the right to withhold or discontinue payments if the work is found unsatisfactory or fraudulent upon verification.

4. Payment Mode

  • All payments will be made through electronic transfer directly to the bank account provided by the volunteer during registration.
  • It is the responsibility of the volunteer to provide accurate bank details. The organization will not be liable for delays or payment failures due to incorrect information.

5. Disputes and Clarifications

  • Any payment-related disputes or queries must be raised in writing to the organization’s payment support team within 15 days of payment disbursement.
  • The decision of Minal Yuva Sangathan regarding payments shall be final and binding.

6. Refunds and Adjustments

  • No refunds will be issued for any fees or honorarium once payment has been made.
  • The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • In case of overpayment or error, the organization reserves the right to recover such amounts through adjustments in subsequent payments.

7. Taxes and Deductions

  • All applicable taxes, if any, on payments made to volunteers or NGOs will be deducted at source as per government regulations.
  • Volunteers and NGOs are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable on their earnings.

8. Changes to Payment Terms

  • Minal Yuva Sangathan reserves the right to modify or update these payment terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Volunteers and NGOs are advised to review the terms periodically. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
