Minal Yuva Sangathan is a social organization working in rural areas in the fields of education, health, and employment. Our objective is to understand the problems faced by rural communities, raise their voices, and connect youth with opportunities for social service and employment.
Under Minal Yuva Sangathan, a volunteer program called Project Youth Plus is conducted for youth who are interested in social service and rural development. Interested applicants can register online to become volunteers.
After registration, the applicant becomes a registered volunteer of Minal Yuva Sangathan and can participate in various surveys and social activities conducted under the project.
Survey and awareness programs related to education in rural areas.
Survey of health conditions and healthcare availability in rural communities.
Survey of unemployed and uneducated individuals and identifying opportunities for self-employment.
Survey of educated but unemployed youth to understand their employment needs and opportunities.
Registered volunteers are provided with physical and online training programs based on their education and interests, including:
After successfully completing the training programs, volunteers receive a Training Certificate.
After approximately 6 months, Minal Yuva Sangathan helps volunteers explore employment or self-employment opportunities based on their training, skills, and performance in the program.
All volunteers are required to complete an Affidavit and Agreement, which may be done both online and physically, before participating in the project.
These activities are carried out with the help of our dedicated volunteers.
Registration & Support
To join the Project Youth Plus Volunteer Program, applicants can optionally pay ₹300 to support our rural development initiatives. Payment is not mandatory for registration.
